  Don't order on line from Best Buy, rip off. Best Buy canceled my order, I went to a store and bought the item. Received confirm email order cancelled but Best Buy charged me anyway. Now been charged twice and been trying for a month to get a refund. UPDATE: I contacted BB as instructed and their Social Media Specialist named Graham saw that was an issue and he got it resolved in one day. A simple procedural error at store level created a mess that resulted in my being charged twice. Problem solved and refund issued. Only companies who are serious about customer service would identify an error and correct it and satisfy the customer. Well done Graham and thank you Best Buy.

  I have a complaint. For the pass week I have been trying to get my company tax exemption. I went to the store and was told that I have to fill out the form online. I was not told that I have to fill out a business account. I filled out the business account online. This was done March 22nd. I have called and spoke with several people over the phone but they are not able to assist me. What ever happen to customer service. I have a Florida Tax Exemption. I get an e-mail from Best Buy saying that my Tax Exemption has been approve and to sign on to my business account. I sign in and I don't see any information. I call the 1.800 number and they are not able to assist me. Customer Service for a company should not be this difficult. Is it possible I can get some assistant with this matter. Why is this matter seems so difficult? I ask to speak with a manager or have a manager call me. I also ask for corporate e-mail and phone number so I can send them a detail e-mail regarding the lack of customer service and knowledge. I spent one week and a combine 25 hours trying to get information regarding my business account. Is this how Best Buy is running their business? I am looking at taking my business and the 50 computers and laptops that I was going to purchase to another business that will give proper customer service. I will let my social media team know so we can inform our customers not to give any business to Best Buy due to the lack of customer service.   Wow!! I can say the last few times I have been to this store, it has been a bit of a wait to get help. Not the case today! King is the man! He answered all the questions I asked him with great insight and exceptional explanation. If your looking for help at the store, ask for King. This guy needs a pay raise! Whatever he is making, he needs more. I ll be back cause of King!! Appreciate the help with washer/dryer/fridge. You the man!!!

  Terrible customer service. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Best Buy. We waited about 40 minutes just to be helped, only for them to tell us that they didn’t even have the device we were looking for. A simple question at the beginning could have solved everything in seconds, but the employee kept telling me to “wait for your turn” every time I tried to ask something. The most frustrating part is that the store was almost completely empty. It was late at night and there were only about three customers in the entire store, yet the staff was extremely slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The attitude of the employees felt dismissive and incompetent, and the whole experience was unpleasant from start to finish. I do not recommend this location at all. If you need something from Best Buy, you’re better off going to another store, because this one provides very poor service.

  I came in and I was greeted properly and they asked if I needed any help. I told them yes I am looking for a mini fridge and they directed me to where they are located and notified me that they will be sending someone over. 15 minutes later no one comes to give assistance. Then we finally found someone that was walking around and asked for help and seemed as if it were a bother to assist us in the fridge. He lets us know that there is one in stock and says to wait 5 minutes and they would be back with it. Time goes by and they aren’t back and I decided to walk around and I see him walking around as well instead of looking for the fridge he said he would go look for… I’m not at all impressed with the service at this location and I don’t think I’ll ever attempt to shop here again.
