  This store has the worst customer service ever. I regret buying products in the store. My phone case is pearling, at every Apple store they usually replace the case. This store say they will not replace my phone case, I asked to speak with the supervisor, the guy told me I am the supervisor and I will replace this phone case. I think the guy is prejudice or something else. I regret buying my AirPods in the store.

  I recently purchased an iphone 17 and I'm pretty sure I got the worst representative I could've gotten. Her name is Kiarah (I think) and she broke my $80 phone case as soon as I met her, rather than asking me to take my own phone case off, asked me very personal questions when seeing a pic of my bf on my screen, and other unrelated questions. She was no help whatsoever, rather, a pain in the process. She kept placing my brand new phone carelessly onto the table with no screen protector or case. Very inconsiderate & unprofessional. Plus she was way too close to me and I could smell her poor hygiene. Management should consider speaking to her.
