  AWESOME Veterinarians and staff here! They also have a separate pharmacy on the premises which is so helpful especially if your dog is on a special diet. Doctor Horn basically saved our Beagles life so we are very grateful for this location. *We do not come here all the time due to one of my dogs anxiety and other dogs waiting in the large waiting area. Otherwise, we would strictly use this location. We've never had a bad experience.

  Doing this new review based on several things but primarily on how Andrea lacks skills when speaking to customers. I was given the wrong urinary care dog food (no big deal) that they set aside a day earlier. Hubby is going back today for an exchange for the correct food for continual bladder stone treatment care for our dog. Once I mentioned we were given the incorrect prescription dog food Andrea was defensive and retaliatory with an attitude stating because I takemy dog to a petvet clinic for her annual checkup and shots, not to VCA specifically they would no longer allow her food prescription to be placed! We have been getting her food there for two years. It states right on their on hold phone recording on their phone that visit is a recommendation. This is all fine and I understand the vet rules however Andrea is rude and shouldn't be answering calls or dealing with the public. She also hung up on me and left me on hold purposely for a prolonged amount of time. I did speak with Amber who is pleasant and has people skills but I am cutting ties with this vet based on not only Andrea's professionalism and demeanor but also being made like I'm being pushed around by a used saleman about high cost medical bills, xrays and surgery which is what I encountered 2 years ago hence why I only was getting her food there and not using them for her regular needs. Not to mentionen they are extremely expensive!

  You guys are the best. I rushed my little papillon Jerry in late yesterday because he was attacked by my neighbor's dog . The staff took him in emergency and got him into surgery immediately. Dr Melody is the best, she kept me up to date on his surgery and his well being. The staff is exceptional and took great care of Jerry and kept me in the loop as well. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital especially when in an emergency, even the patients there saw the distress and let me go ahead of them. Great place hands down. I definitely will change to them and make them my veterinary for both Ben and Jerry.

  We’ve been using Dr Horn for over 20 years with all of our pets. He’s the best! Very knowledgeable and compassionate!
