Dr. Darrell Horn was absolutely amazing. Always checking on my sweet old dog through text. When the time came to put her to sleep, he and his team were gracious and empathetic. Thank you for everything

I brought my dog in to get anxiety medication because he becomes extremely stressed during grooming. His paws had gotten so bad — the hair was matted and he had a yeast infection. Nicky at the VCA was so gracious and kind; she took the time to carefully groom his paws and the areas around his back and front legs. This helped us tremendously. Now that the matted hair is gone, we can finally apply the medication to his paws properly, and it will actually be able to take effect. We’re so grateful for her help and compassion!I’m

Thank you to Manager Nikki for restoring our confidence and giving us hope for another appointment for our fur baby. We had been shying away from VCA for certain reasons, but Nikki reassured us and encouraged us to give them another chance. Our pup, Oliver, was so well taken care of, and Nikki went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and feeling okay.

This happened a few years ago now but beware. Over priced and rude. When your animals is in need but they are not up to date on their visit. They will not see you. I had to take my cat to the emergency since they couldn't fit her in. The emergency said it would be cheaper to go to my vet to process the sample. THEY REFUSED to take the sample since my cat had not been there for an updated visit. Even when I scheduled. They were heartless, disrespectful and even when the other vet called to speak to them on my behalf they told the emergency I was welcome to go to another vet.

This has to be the worst animal hospital ever!! The staff is rude and Dr horn has no compassion or love for animals..all they care about is the money and not the well being of your animals!! The facility here is dirty and unkept. My cat has gotten ill from coming here and I was told by Dr horn to not to be optimistic in saving or helping my cat. He is rude and short and doesn’t deserve to be in this line of work. Not to mention they don’t finish services you pay for like trimming my cats nails..half of them are cut super low and other not even trimmed at all!!! Please choose another animals hospital if you truly love your babies. Never will I step foot in this disgusting place again after being a loyal member for years
