I started with a phone call to this location, asked about the Iphone SE, and was told it comes with a charger wire, and a headset. I get to the location, I like the phone, black, good price, Cristina the manager (?) rings it up, all good, except there is no headset, I told her, I was promised a headset and her response is, ( this one) doesn't have one in the box, I explained to her what i was told over the phone and her response is, "would you like to return it"? Of course less the $25 upgrade fee. She was indifferent to my complaint, offered no solution, and was unbothered that I was lied to. My rating would be a 5 if I received what I was promised over the phone, to the positive the phone is great from the price, the customer service is a zero, it seemed like a standard bait and switch.
Beware you all, make sure you get what's promised BEFORE YOU run the charge. Today 1/6/21, more surprises from this store, my monthly bill went from $35 to $46, for 2 reasons, first the "manager" Christina added insurance to my bill, which I never requested or wanted, then refused to remove it claiming the first month is free, yet I was charged $4.03, also she didn't give me credit for auto pay -$5 monthly, my experience with this "manager" was an example of how NOT to provide customer service, I will never go back to this store, and I will not search for a new phone service, no one with this company has offered to make this right, buyer beware.
