There are stoves(trying to switch to gas) no one could tell me about, cordless vacuums everyone was clueless No one ever showed up to help me with surround sound. Points are sketchy you have them but dont, IDK? And after this review I will get a consolation reply about how sorry my experience was and they promise to do better. so when i go back I can expect more of the same. Maybe best buy can contact me and I can help them with their business model. (All most free if charge) maybe they can redeem their email points the sales reps can never seem to find with your account you have had for 20 yrs

However, he said it could not be sold due to inventory and told me I would have to come back later, without a clear explanation. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was one of the managers and still did not offer any help. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this store.
