  Best Buy is a reliable store that I recommend. I’ve shopped there several times and never had any problems, including with products I requested a refund for.

  Went into store and I was 1 of 2 customers there. Must’ve been 6 employees and I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I went up to the front and asked for help. Obviously holding down the counter was more important than my business because he wouldn’t show me where to find it after I explained I had already looked. Just pointed to a direction why I watched 3 employees just talking to each other. So I left

  What's the point of having a phone number on your Google maps page if it doesn't even go to the store??? I don't want to speak to some AI agent that hangs up on me three times just to get to redirected to an Indian call center I want to speak to someone at the store!!! How hard is this???

  Booked the Geek Squad My install time was 7am - 7pm On a Saturday, couldn’t get a specific time so I was unable to make any other Saturday plans . Friday night 7:40 pm get an email appointment is canceled. Went to store to get a refund, no problem staff happy to lose the company money . Decided to look at wireless speakers , no one in the department to help , Jared the manager at the door says I asked you if you needed help when you walked in We said at that time we didn’t, Jared knew we wanted speakers but sent someone who knew nothing about speakers so we headed back to Jarred . The person he sent had a horrible attitude said she didn’t make the schedule, her comment wasn’t professional, but her manager Jarred didn’t care , he got extremely nasty , we asked for corporate’s number and he said you ain’t getting it , the woman he had sent started cursing that shes a woman I’m 18 and some other nonsense A bunch of kids running this store with no professionalism or customer service aptitude. Jarred asked me to leave I was already leaving, very childish, bullying customers who just wanted to spend some money on speakers.

  Best Buy of Vero Beach is always a pleasure to visit. Front door staff are pleasantly eager to greet you and offer assistance to ensure you can head straight to what you are looking for without aimless wandering. With their help I quickly found the scanner I was looking for and headed to the checkout. We were 2 of 2 waiting in line not more than 30 seconds when a helpful young man named Jared came to take care of us at another register. He was so sweet and knowledgeable, he explained the additional warranty that Best Buy offers and it was well worth the add on. Thanks Jared, we appreciate your kindness 🙏
