It took a couple of trips dealing with Ryan and Anthony to correct all the screwups. Don’t deal with this person and hopefully after contacting corporate he will no longer be employed. We dealt with Max who was super with service and friendliness. The process of switching service is very time consuming but Max made it much more enjoyable. Thank you!
