Nick handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. He was very patient with me and was able to get all of my issues resolved. We spent about 3 hours dealing with tech support and all kinds of road blocks but he remained calm and friendly throughout the entire process. Nick went above and beyond!! He deserves the best raise/employee of the year after what he did for me!
