  Unfortunately, we experienced terrible service. My husband went in today to get a new phone connected to his number, and they put in my phone number instead of the correct line. I just called to have them help remedy it and the guy told me it wasn't his fault and to call customer service. Literally did not attempt to help or take ownership of the situation at all.

  They swindled me into buying a cheap phone today that I bought outta desperation to reach my kids for the holiday and costed me $90 that had a $25 activation fee etc added to it for it to literally break in my pocket with my pocket change and i couldnt be more upset so be warned their products are cheaply made and im outta $90 google Jared Pierson and hit news follow my lil FL man story from palm harbir and know thats who you sold this flimsy cheap garbage phone to buyers be warned their brand of phone is garbage im so mad
