  I had a wonderful experience at the Lithia Pinecrest-Bloomingdale Verizon store. My sales representative, Maria, provided exceptional service in assisting me with four new iPhone 17s for my family, with one member of the family currently out of state. Maria did everything she said she would do and she went above and beyond taking care of my son who is in Virginia. It was genuinely the best experience I've had with a cell phone company. If you go to this store, ask for Maria. You will be glad that you did. Tony

  Maria was awesome ! I went in there with a number of things I needed help with and Maria was so patient and understanding with both myself and my young age daughters. When we left my 11 yr old said “Mom that was a nice experience. It was so calm in there and easier than I thought “ Which I couldn’t agree more. Thank you Maria !

  So my cell phone journey started in 2005 when I got my first adult cell account with sprint, I remained a loyal customer with them until T mobile took over and stayed with them until last friday. I have been unhappy with their customer service on several occasions and my account just kept getting out of hand and I feel like they just didn't care enough to do anything to keep me. So I decided to venture out. Truly, it was scary, I'm a creature of not enjoying change but was being foolish for paying so much just to not deal with changing carriers. For convenience , the first I tried was verizon as my husband's texting me telling me not to agree to anything to check out all options and then we will decide. I walk in and am greeted by Maria i'm sure, as you can tell by this review so far I am a talker , I explained my whole situation told her exactly what I had exactly what I wanted , and exactly what I needed the entire time she's plunking in numbers and telling me she's got me. She was able to lower my bill upgrade our phones And even had some extra add-ons that I didn't have on my account before again all at a lower price. Next thing I knew i had 4 new phones completely anxiety free with a new account and the complete experience was enjoyable, stress, free, and she walked me through every step and question with patients and impressive knowledge of her job. She never made me feel like I was Too much or that i was taking too much of her time. I hope someone with verizon reads this and realizes how lucky they are to have her. I did interact with several of the other employees because I was there till closing everybody in the store was super nice But i'm so happy that I crossed paths with maria and she is who walked me through this experience that not only was painless, but was great. I'm super happy to become a Verizon customer at this point.Thank you for maria for your patience , you're knowledge , and you're understanding of my family's needs you truly are an asset to your employer.

  Came in to upgrade our phones, and Maria was top notch! She went above and beyond to get us the new phones and helped us take care of all four lines with ease. I appreciate her attention to detail and top-notch customer service!!
