  I’ve used Brandon Auto Services several times in the past without any issues, which is why this experience was disappointing. I called to get a quote for installing an oil catch can and a cold air intake on my truck—both relatively straightforward, bolt-on installations that typically take around 30–45 minutes each. However, I was quoted three hours of labor for each job, which seemed unusually high. To make sure there wasn’t any miscommunication, I simply asked a few clarifying questions to confirm that the services being quoted matched exactly what I was requesting. I wasn’t challenging the price—I just wanted to ensure we were aligned on the scope of work. Unfortunately, the receptionist was dismissive and came across as rude, ultimately telling me that if I didn’t like the price, I could go somewhere else. That response was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since I was just trying to confirm details before moving forward. Again, I’ve had good experiences here before, which makes this stand out even more. Hopefully this was just an off day, but customer communication and professionalism should always be consistent.

  This is the second time I had been to Brandon Auto Body shop. They are honest, polite and client oriented. I had body work done here and they were right on the estimate they gave me. Their work was superb. The body shop manager Natalie Paprocki listens and cares for the customers. I will go there again.
