The staff is also very knowledgeable - they don’t just hire anyone which is nice , especially when dealing with electronic issues.

Had the displeasure of dealing with an associate at this store that was so condescending and rude that I had to leave without purchasing the phone. He was acting as if I was in my late 70s and have never used a phone before lol I've also never left a review anywhere before but I've never met a more condescending tool in my life. I could not live with the idea of him getting comission from me. He was the red head guy. AWFUL customer service skills hidden behind an upbeat and chipper tone of voice.
