I could not live with the idea of him getting comission from me. He was the red head guy. AWFUL customer service skills hidden behind an upbeat and chipper tone of voice.

He answered all of our questions and efficiently upgraded our phones, making the process much easier than we expected. I would recommend this store and appreciate the service we received.

Unfortunately I was told I can't get my old phone back and it wasn't used towards a trade in even though the invoice says it's $800+ worth. So that's stealing. I will never recommend this store. Let's hope I can recoup some of the money that was taken from me. Update: So I returned everything, they still refused to give me my old phone back so that’s theft. Then they told me I owe them $47. Lmao! Well since they kept my phone and were going to give me a $170 credit for it they owe me money. I switched to Cricket Wireless and pay $90 for 2 phones when Verizon wanted $280. I also tried calling the customer service number I was provided and they did nothing as well. The second person that I had to encounter was just as horrible as the first. While I was waiting I was listening to these sales people lie and trick their customers. I could never. Such a different attitude at Cricket.
