  The store was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks-there were rocks, dirt, and even an eaten lollipop stick and wrapper on the ground by the register. I was then told I had to pay cash because the credit card machine “wasn’t working,” and that if I didn’t have cash, I wouldn’t be able to get my phone serviced. I was not given a receipt or the correct change. When I asked for both, Leslie had to ring up the order again and claimed she didn’t have any change in her drawer. She went to the back, and instead of bringing out change for the register, it sounded like she was digging through her purse for coins. Overall, the experience felt extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.
