  Jason and Brad were super kind and helpful during my time there, Jason helped me out with putting on my phone accessories and explained everything, very helpful! Those guys are awesome!

  I went and upgraded my Samsung 21 ultra to a Samsung 25 ultra with Jhason. He was polite,courteous,explained everything to where I understood it. He transferred all my stuff and made sure the other apps were set up properly As I can't remember what password goes where.lol He even wrote it down for me. Wonderful job thank you Jhason.

  If I could, I would leave minus 10 stars for this store. I was extremely disappointed after switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. If it weren’t for the excellent support I received from a Verizon corporate store customer service representative over the phone, I would have canceled everything and gone back to T-Mobile. Lesson learned: for any services or purchases, go only to a Verizon Corporate Store. I didn’t even know there were different types of Verizon stores until this experience.

  Very disappointed in the management here. We spent all day upgrading our phones only for one to not hold a charge the next day. We went back to get a replacement phone and ended up being told to go all the way to Apple in International Mall to fix it because the manager wouldn’t be in until the next day and her credentials were needed. My elderly mother can’t be without a phone and this manager was less than helpful. The workers, Ryland and Jhason did what they could but without Alana’s help, their hands were tied.

  This location is horrible! They have no idea what they are doing and every time you talk to a different person they tell you something different! We got new phones there three months ago and it was a promotion and that it would reflect in our bill 1-2 billing cycles! Well we are past that and still don’t see the credits and promotions! Spent over an hour to find out that the uneducated employee never put the promotion and credit in the system right at the store after I questioned him multiple times, he was sure it was going to be the price he said! He had to call his manager so many times, don’t have someone working alone that doesn’t know what they are doing! So I have been over paying since then because he doesn’t know what he’s doing! Learn how to do your job! I guess this is why you don’t work at a job that handles peoples lives because they wouldn’t survive!
