I was charged 244 and that was the only price I was told for “sales tax” when really I was buying a phone case and screen protector that was not disclosed. After I was questioning why it was so high he said look to help you out I’ll offer you a free phone case and screen protector…. They were never free I was already buying them from the start. I also never got a receipt to show what I was paying for. They said they would email it and I never got the email. I then went back in and the manager did refund it to me but still a step I shouldn’t have had to deal with. All information needs to be disclosed especially when I asked numerous times what was I paying for and why is it so high. I just kept getting the same response of it’s the “sales tax”.

- MLMaria LopezJan 23, 20261.0Terrible service, i had to walk out it was so bad. Went in on Thursday 1/22 at around 2 pm. A young lady sitting in the desk closest to the door greeted me. I explained what I needed, and she was the most unhelpful person I have ever encountered in a customer service setting. Why would she work at a place where her literal job is to help people when she doesn’t want to help anyone? After a frustrating back and forth, I literally walked out. I called Verizon customer service number and was able to get help and just wait for my phone to arrive in the mail. Mind you, this store had the phone in stock, but I couldn’t deal with their employees.
