We were met by the friendliest 2 people we have EVER dealt with at a Verizon store. Yaacoob and Ari we not only friendly they were knowledgeable about your products and promotions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them. They both have excellent customer service skills. I would HIGHLY recommend going to the store on W Kennedy and asking for Ari or Yaacoob anytime you need help or to make a purchase!

His rude and grotesque demeanor towards her allowed me to make the decision of NOT doing business with Verizon. If these are the type of managers you have running your business, then I want no part of it. Victra might wanna think twice. Word of mouth is the BEST advertisement and rest assured I will tell anyone that will listen. He is guaranteed to bring that store down. Kevin show some kindness and professionalism especially in front of customers. Fake it if you must, but stepping on the necks of your amazing employee sent me home with a bad taste. Get it together Kevin.
