She went into 1802 West Kennedy in Tampa Florida and spoke with a salesperson - Ariana Nieves. Meanwhile I was on the phone trying to help from New Jersey. Ariana went above and beyond to help her find the right phone, with a great deal and also helped me with an issue I had been having for months with Verizon and no one in customer service had been able to help me. She not only helped our daughter but she also followed up with me a few days later to ensure my issue had been resolved. In all of my years dealing with Verizon and Apple customer service I have never come across anyone like this women. If I owned a business I would have stolen her from Verizon and hired her on the spot. I hope she reads this and knows how incredible she is at her job. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! A+ Service - She is outstanding!

I got helped by a worker by the name of Ari…..when I tell you my time with her was the SMOOTHEST PROCESS I’ve ever experienced I’m not even tripping. Word to everything I love she knows her job inside and out. I asked her like was she a supervisor and she was like “Naw” and I’m like she need to be one on EVERYTHING. customer service 10/10 Phone knowledge 10/10 Face card 10/10 Will definitely be coming back for ANY problems or questions or whatever. When we were done with everything and she was walking away I gotta admit……hate to see her go but I love to watch her leave. THAT JAWN WAS CRAZY PHAT YA HEARD. <3

I am now speaking with the Verizon Retention Team so they can correct his mistakes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs.
