    Experiencia extremadamente frustrante y decepcionante. Llevo 3 meses con Verizon y he tenido que ir más de 7 veces a esta tienda para intentar resolver problemas con los pagos. Cada mes la factura es diferente y siempre termina siendo más alta, a pesar de tener un plan familiar. Nada de lo que Viviana me explicó o prometió al inicio se ha cumplido. Además, su actitud cada vez que regreso a la tienda ha sido poco profesional, incluso mostrando mala cara cuando intento buscar una solución. Hoy, 20 de enero, me comuniqué directamente con atención al cliente de Verizon, y me confirmaron que todo el proceso fue mal manejado: no aplicaron ninguna promoción y los intercambios de equipos no fueron registrados correctamente. Entregué 3 teléfonos y un reloj como parte de cambios, pero en el sistema aparece como si hubiera adquirido todos los dispositivos como nuevos, lo cual ha sido muy frustrante porque básicamente perdí mis equipos sin que se reflejara ningún beneficio. Esta situación ha sido desgastante y estresante. No recomiendo esta tienda. Mi consejo es que vayan directamente a una tienda corporativa (oficial) de Verizon para evitar este tipo de problemas. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I have been with Verizon for 3 months and I’ve had to visit this store more than 7 times due to ongoing billing issues. Every month my bill is different and keeps getting higher, even though I’m on a family plan. Nothing that Viviana explained or promised at the beginning has been honored. On top of that, her attitude has been unprofessional, often showing discomfort or frustration every time I return seeking help. Today, January 20, I contacted Verizon customer service directly, and they confirmed that the entire process was handled incorrectly: no promotions were applied and the trade-ins were not properly registered. I turned in 3 phones and a smartwatch as exchanges, yet the system shows that I purchased all devices as brand new, which has been extremely frustrating since I essentially lost my devices without receiving the promised credits. This has been a stressful and exhausting experience. I do not recommend this store. I strongly suggest going to an official Verizon corporate store to avoid these issues.
