First of all, as soon as I walk in, there was no pressure to buy anything, and I wasn't ignored waiting for service. I was addressed professionally and my questions were answered immediately. Billy is very knowledgeable, informative, patient and answer all of my tough questions. I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision by choosing Verizon to upgrade my phone. I am super happy I upgraded my iphone 13 Pro Max to the 17 Pro! The iphone 13 is discontinued and it was a great time for me to upgrade. I definitely will bring future business to this location. Plus before arriving to this particular location, I made sure to research other Verizon locations near me and I noticed they have the most positive reviews compared to other locations and I understand why. Impeccable service and I wasn't asked to leave a review. Also, during the phone backup process, I noticed my secret app did not flag anyone snooping through my phone. I don't regret my decision and happy with the service and upgrade! I definitely recommend this location!
