    Worst customer service and no help at all. Actually verizon is failing all around. I've been trying to resolve my issue for a week now. And no help.

    I filled out the "wait in line" option even though the store only had two customers. The reps seemed to be chatting nonsense, three with one customer. When I mentioned that I needed help, they seemed annoyed.

    Rylee is what a great customer service feels like. I was tossed around few times with my for refund and charges - with issue still unresolved after months. I walked in and Rylee welcomed me right away and took full ownership to resolve the issue until it was fully resolved - not halfway. She has excellent people and managerial skills. She was very pleasant all along while working on my issue though it took way longer than anticipated. Its rare to find such talent nowadays. If I have any issue with my service I would go look for her. Thanks Rylee.

    One of the best experiences at a mobile phone outlet in years. Juan was exceptional, solved the problem with our brand new phone in minutes and did it with a relaxed approach that left us both extremely happy with Verizon. Well done Juan!!

    I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did at this Verizon location. It took three weeks to finally receive my phone, and only after I came into the store myself. Throughout this process, I dealt with the store manager, Felix, who misled me at every step — from the promotion details to basic service questions. I visited this store four separate times to ask why the promotion I was promised was not applied. Each time, I was dismissed and told to “call customer service,” with no effort to help me directly. On my most recent visit, I asked to speak with Felix. The associate went to the back, returned, and told me Felix had “left for the day” and would not assist me. When I insisted, Felix eventually came out, but instead of addressing my issue, he yelled at me in front of other customers, slapped the table, and told me to sit down. I refused to be disrespected in that way. Rather than listening or resolving the problem, Felix accused me of calling him a terrible manager (which I did not) and then shouted for me to “get out of my store” while refusing to provide his manager’s contact information or escalate the issue. He even instructed his staff not to assist me further. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. A manager’s role is to lead by example, resolve issues, and treat customers with respect. Instead, Felix displayed hostility, dishonesty, and complete disregard for Verizon’s values. I strongly urge Verizon leadership to review this incident and take immediate action — no customer should ever be treated this way. I will be canceling my service I will need to come to the store and have a regional manager present.
