    One of the best experiences at a mobile phone outlet in years. Juan was exceptional, solved the problem with our brand new phone in minutes and did it with a relaxed approach that left us both extremely happy with Verizon. Well done Juan!!

    I can’t say enough great things about the customer service at this Verizon location. After spending weeks on Verizon chat and visiting the Carrollwood (Dale Mabry) store—where I kept getting different answers and the runaround—I decided to try a different location. Within minutes of walking in, the manager, Jamie, came over and introduced herself and assured me I would be taken care of. Shortly after, I was helped by an employee named Brandon, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He resolved an issue I had been dealing with for weeks in just a few minutes and gave me the clear answers I had been looking for. Jamie and Brandon went above and beyond, and their customer service truly stood out. This is now the only Verizon location I’ll go to in Tampa. So thankful for their help!

    I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did at this Verizon location. It took three weeks to finally receive my phone, and only after I came into the store myself. Throughout this process, I dealt with the store manager, Felix, who misled me at every step — from the promotion details to basic service questions. I visited this store four separate times to ask why the promotion I was promised was not applied. Each time, I was dismissed and told to “call customer service,” with no effort to help me directly. On my most recent visit, I asked to speak with Felix. The associate went to the back, returned, and told me Felix had “left for the day” and would not assist me. When I insisted, Felix eventually came out, but instead of addressing my issue, he yelled at me in front of other customers, slapped the table, and told me to sit down. I refused to be disrespected in that way. Rather than listening or resolving the problem, Felix accused me of calling him a terrible manager (which I did not) and then shouted for me to “get out of my store” while refusing to provide his manager’s contact information or escalate the issue. He even instructed his staff not to assist me further. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. A manager’s role is to lead by example, resolve issues, and treat customers with respect. Instead, Felix displayed hostility, dishonesty, and complete disregard for Verizon’s values. I strongly urge Verizon leadership to review this incident and take immediate action — no customer should ever be treated this way. I will be canceling my service I will need to come to the store and have a regional manager present.
