Then my husband received a call from a very nice young woman named Mia asking if we had gotten everything figured out with opening our new business account. She told him to come in and she would get it all straightened out. I went in and Mia and Jeff were excellent and in 55 min handled everything that’s taken us months and hours of phone calls that no one else could figure out. Mia and Jeff are rockstars and are the best there by far!! If you need anything go see them!

She greeted me with a smile, showed incredible patience, and made me feel confident she wouldn’t stop until it was solved—and she did! Her positive attitude and determination made all the difference. Natalia deserves huge praise!

Their Ohio Verizon authorized dealer store had convinced them over the last several years to add products to point now where they had seven phone lines going for two people (for various Wi-Fi products). Jeff was extremely patient and helped us sort it all out to where they each have one phone line plus one Wi-Fi product. Thank you Jeff!
