    The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I spent at least 6 hours in total with people in the store and on the phone all telling me different things. When I was on the phone with the customer service rep AND the in-store rep was there, I said I was done with the customer service rep because she was telling me the third inconsistent thing about the promotion they were going to honor, the in store rep walked off the door without even completing our interaction. The manager then proceeded to say "promotions come and promotions go," as if the reason I was upset was the promotion and not the misinformation and etiquette that had been given for the last two days of visits. I have been with Verizon 17 years and the inconsistent information but moreover the disrespect experienced in this particular location has made me decide to leave Verizon all together. The entire story is too long to write here.

    I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this Verizon location on Dale Mabry. Over the course of two days, the employee assisting me was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping someone who was genuinely trying to switch to Verizon. Her communication, lack of initiative, and overall presentation made it clear that this was not going to be the place where I made the switch. I was told I needed to pay a fee before she could assist me, which I understand is part of Verizon’s policy. However, after paying, all she did was call Verizon support and hand me the phone while I was walked through the process myself. During the call, she sat across from me slouched over, picking at her nails, and not engaged at all. At one point in the call, the Verizon support on the phone asked a questions in which I did not know the answer. I looked at the Verizon employee sitting in front of me and all she did was shrug her shoulders and said she didn't know - she didn't take any initiative to ask another employee. At that point, I already knew I needed to go to another location. When the call ended, I asked if there was anything else I needed to do or sign, and she simply said “no.” I thanked her and left, and she did not even acknowledge me as she quickly moved on to the next customer. After this experience, I went to the Citrus Park Verizon location and had an entirely different—much better—experience. The team there was helpful, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend the Citrus Park location over the Dale Mabry one based on my experience.

    The VERIZON STORE on North Dale Mabry in Tampa was amazing. The female rep was able to unlock my phone since I was not able to stop the talk back feature. She was amazing!

    I had a very positive experience picking up my online order and working through the set up for a new iPhone! The staff were all super friendly, not pushy, and very patient with those unfamiliar with their phones and cables. They were working really hard to help everyone and answer their questions.
