    I came in to get my phone upgrade. After signing in and waiting a while, I spoke to one of the associates, which prompted another to say “oh YOU’RE Alex? I was looking for a green shirt.” I guess my shirt wasn’t green enough for him?? No bother to call out my name, or contact the phone number I provided as well, just oh well no green shirt he must not be here. Then I finally got the sales pitch from the associate. She was very polite at first, but tried to sell me two extra phone lines as a “deal.” Once I said I don’t want extra phone lines, and it turned out to be cheaper without them, her polite mood vanished. She wasn’t gonna get her numbers from us, so she kept pushing for us to make an appointment and come back, rather than actually finishing helping us herself. At the end of it all, she didn’t give us the correct instructions, or correctly set our new phones to be on the network, or mark which phone was which, so we even had to go back into the store. Real classy establishment… I thought I might switch my internet provider to Verizon as well, but after that experience, I highly recommend anyone who can switch to Frontier. Edit: forgot to add there was a surprise $281 charge at the end of it all, too, that was never included in the initial calculations. They expect you to trust them and not to the math, then gaslight you when you’re surprised.

    I’ve found this branch to be difficult to work with. Each time I’ve visited, there’s been a long wait, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get help with my issues. I’m usually directed to call customer service or tech support instead, and I wish the staff would make more of an effort to find answers directly. It makes me question the purpose of having a branch if most things can’t be handled there. By comparison, I’ve had much better customer service experiences with T-Mobile.
