I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and I am blown away by the lack of training and competency within this company lately and with this store location … MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AND IM TURNING TO LEGAL ACTION … I’ve been into this location multiple times and been on the phone with customer service numerous times … I have been met with nothing but lies and false promises … I was offered a promo and never received that discount been charged late fees when I’ve never made a late payment .. been charged for a device I don’t have ?!! EVERYTIME THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED !! It never was !!! They are lying and cheating and manipulative … IVE NEVER had an experience this terrible with a company … absolutely no interest in making THEIR MISTAKE right … just looking at me like they have no brain activity saying “I don’t know what we can do” THIS IS A BILLION DOLLAR TECH COMPANY!!!!! IF THE CODE TOU PROVUDED DOESNT WORK, MAKE A NEW ONE !!! It’s as simple as that. They don’t make notes on customer accounts so EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve spoken to someone I have to completely reintroduce them to the issues and what’s already been discussed. They have caused me so much emotional and financial distress. I am looking into legal action and solutions because only after I threatened to cancel the account did they attempt to offer a discount when they could have just done that to correct their mistake IN THE FIRST PLACE !!!! If I ever have to deal with verizon customer service again it will be too soon
