But after he arrived, they suddenly said they couldn’t give him the phone. He drove 30 minutes, and now they’re telling him the situation “looks suspicious” without giving any real explanation. On the Total Wireless website, they accept Google Voice, but the store refused it. We also tried at Metro earlier, and they said the same thing — no reason, just “we can’t give you the phone.” They’re even telling him to get a phone from Cricket or Metro instead. He already has a Total Wireless line, so why would he switch carriers?

Now they’re refusing to give me the phone and saying the situation is “suspicious.” I also have the call recording where your team confirmed that the iPhone 16e was available. After making me drive all the way there, this is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint.
