My wife’s phone got ported over by them WAAAY TOO SOON in the process and then became inoperable because her Sam’s S23 didn’t accept the Sim Card.. So as a result we wanted to just go back to T-Mobile but couldn’t due to them absolutely REFUSING to give the “port out” pin # because we wanted to leave just as fast as we joined!!! I said to the rep in the phone that is of course illegal to withhold the info that we needed and she laughed! I asked her name and she responded with Princess. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️. I genuinely feel bad too for these overseas ladies as they don’t want more out of life than to just be nasty to paying customers! Stay away!!
