  The worst company/location I ever experienced. Brought my computer because of the sound system issue, they tell me the reason is because Windows needs to be updated, I ask them to do what it’s needed just fix my sound system because I needed for school asap! I come back and they tell me that they couldn’t fix my issue but they still have to charge me almost $300 because they updated my Windows system that I didn’t even need it. I argued back and forth with the guy for a good 15min just going in the same circle, me telling him why are you charging me when you did not fix my issue and him looking like I’m complete stupid saying “but we updated your Windows system” when I didn’t ask for it!!!!!!!! I then ask for a manager to get involved and she was barely able to give me half of my money back. Comes to find out a year later that they signed me up for a yearly subscription and membership and almost got charged again $200 something also I get the email same day as the renewal, very convenient…. while trying to cancel everything I even get charged for cancellation. Please save your money and never use Geek Squad ever!

  Sunday 18 2021 came here with an appointment to fix my cracked iPhone screen , I was standing at the register waiting for someone to come help me and they just walked in front of me like I wasn’t there , 30 minutes! The manager super rude as well , don’t you all care about coustumer service ?

  Great place, the bar & restaurant were packed with customers enjoying their food & drinks. Our family found this place by accident & I'm certainly glad we had a chace to step into one of the greatest restaurants in Tampa.

  Hey, all you IPhone 6S owners out there with battery problems - this is an authorized dealer and they can replace your battery quickly and inexpensively compared to a new phone! Don't be sucked in by your service provider to buy all the new technology unless you need it. We ran away screaming from Verizon and this Best Buy fixed us right up. We love our phones and don't need to spend hundreds of dollars for new ones or outrageous monthly service fees. BB was awesome - great technicians, great service, would recommend them to everyone.
