One year later and I’m still impressed by how absolutely good Dale Mabry’s geek squad team is. From 3 visits, I can already tell his manager has a great eye for picking talent and Geo is one of those people who works under him that actually cares about catering to device needs and explaining things in a way that just make sense. My computer was fixed and in and out quickly. I’ve never remembered a repair person in my life and I knew exactly who Geo was because he left such a great impression. Well done, extremely competent group.

Paid an extra 50 for "2 year geek squad support" had to wait on hold for 35 mins to get an appointment. They give me a 4hr window and then don't show up and when I try to look up the appointment on the website it says they can't find it.

In case you all don't know....BB / Geek Squad doesn't even do there own spyware / virus or malware removal....they have India remove it remotely. So while you are helping the economy in choosing them to help with your computer needs, they outsource to India to get rid of your problem!
