Had an outlook issue.
Made it worse. Deleted my account. Couldn’t fix it. Wished me luck. Told me to call Microsoft tech support. Walked away.
I went home.
Microsoft fixed it and restored my account but the backup from google is a total mess. Thousands of email folders from years of work are jumbled. I’m looking at a week of work to straighten it out.
If I would have gone straight to Microsoft they could have fixed the communication without deleting the account. I would be working again by now.
I’ll be finding a mom and pop place from now on. Two stars for being able to get me in right away. A bit of good luck that I regret.

El Peor servicio que he recibido en mi vida y muy incompetentes solo son habiles para cobrar le entregue una computadora en partes para armar me dijeron que 48 horas y resulta que cada 48 horas avisan de que hay un componente roto le vuelvo a llevar el repuesto todo es nuevo sin haberse usado nunca y hace una semana y todavía sigo esperando en verdad es muy decepcionante en mi mente cuando escuchaba la palabra best buy lo relacionaba con calidad y mejores servicios ahora no quisiera escucharla jamás
