After trying the online troubleshooting, I was told to take it to the service center (which is about an hour away and has limited hours). I went on a Saturday and was seen right away. This polite young man checked my Airwrap for a couple of minutes and told me it would be replaced under warranty. The replacement arrived in 5 days — the entire Airwrap set, upgraded to the newest model. Fast, efficient, and great service!
