Came home and the vacuum is not charging. I hate how quickly this place dismissed our concern and that now we have to drive again for over and hour there and back to get our vacuum fixed. I will never buy Dyson for this reason again. To say I’m disappointed with the product and warranty is an understatement

I called around to several vacuum repair places and all quoted me $80 or more to diagnose and $180 to $250 to fix, if it was the motor, which is what they all suspected. Brought it into the Dyson service center. The guys took a look at, confirmed it was the motor and quoted me $130 to fix. They took it in lot the back and came back out with it. fixed five minutes later and charged me $119. Absolutely fantastic service!
