She was very, very knowledgeable, fast, and efficient with her work (it usually takes forever to get new phone service, etc, set up at other places, in my experience). She was very patient with me and my issues. Not once did she ever get irritated or an attitude. I even unintentionally made her be late to close because of my issues. The girl's customer service was phenomenal!! I greatly appreciated / appreciate her kindness and have mad respect for her! It's hard to find good customer service / retail workers these days, but to have excellent customer service is unheard of...but she most definitely delivered!! I can honestly say... whatever she's making hourly, she definitely deserves a raise ( my opinion ). I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but with all the hate & negativity going on in the world today, she was definitely a breath of fresh air! 🙂
