  Aya and Ty were the most exceptional employees I have dealt with in a long time. They were very professional and i will definitely be coming back for more lines. They were very helpful with all I asked for. I wish more employees worked as well as they did

  I wish i had Gone to another cricket store. I felt like the customer service experienced sucked. We came in to switch our phone numbers to this company, which so far the service has been great. We picked the phones we wanted and gave her our info, we weren't aware that there was other options that were available. (Ex: we could keep our phones and have cricket service) Nothing was explained to us. I blame myself for not researching more information but lesson learned. As she was switching all the information over to the new phones, she decides to give the the other employee our phones so she can finish activating them, even tho the other girl was helping another customer. So the girl that was helping us, walks out next door to get some food. Comes back, opens up her food , takes a couple bites and takes the phones back and continues to finish activating them. I personally felt it was unprofessional and rude.
