  I would like to leave a great review for Advisor Bruce, who helped me find the perfect laptop with 16 GB of RAM, exactly what I was looking for. He was very attentive to all my needs, answered all my questions patiently, and was extremely kind throughout the entire process. I had a great experience and I definitely recommend Mr. Bruce if you’re looking to purchase your electronic equipment. Exceptional service!   I originally came in with a complaint that a tv wasn’t delivered on time before Christmas, but Matt Townsend, the supervisor on duty, handled everything so well that I ended up making a purchase that was an upsell from the tv that wasn’t delivered on-time instead. Everyone was super helpful, understanding, and truly cared about finding a solution. Excellent customer service! 10/10

  This is for the location on Dalemabry going south. My dad bought a phone a few weeks ago and the person did not help my 84 year old dad. Anyway the reason why I am writing this is that I had to return the phone myself bc we could not figure out the password. Well I promise that I was going to return with my dad and I was going to help him get his phone set up. Now keep in mind it was just to buy a phone not service. Well we came back to buy this 1,000 phone and this time I wanted to watch and see how can we get him connected with his phone. Jose helped us out this time and I just want inform him how an outstanding job he did!!! He asked questions and he assisted us in every way I was very happy with the way he went above and beyond knowing he had to help other customers! That’s call customer service!! Unfortunately there not a lot of Jose’s but I hope this review will be communicated with management pre shits!! Jose will go very far with his service! Thank you we Will always be loyal to Best Buy !
