They told us they couldn't repair the older laptop and said they would disgard it since it was unrepairable. So we went back to pick up the newer desktop (that was less than 3 mos old). Not only was it not there, but they gave us back the older desktop that they originally said they were unable to repair and said they had been thrown out. They had no record of the newer desktop anywhere's and did not offer a replacement. Will never do business at Best Buy again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
