Consistently, every time I need help with a product, there is never anyone around. When you ask an associate for help, they tell you they don't work in this department, let me try to find someone to help you and no one ever comes. The associates look like they're busy stocking shelves, climbing up and down ladders, but they're not helping their customers. I am real big on customer service, and this location is not delivering. I am very willing to drive to another location to receive better service.
