    Attentive front end staff, one guy even asked his manager if they could match a competitor's price. Lots of cool inventory and technology, I hope they can revamp their PC and console gaming department. (This was at the S. Tampa location).

    I went to Best Buy specifically to get information about the Meta glasses, as I am seriously considering purchasing them. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. There was no one available to assist me. Not one employee approached me, acknowledged me, or offered help. For a technology retailer, this level of service is unacceptable — especially when customers are looking for guidance before making an important purchase. I walked out without answers and without confidence in spending my money there. Customer service should be a priority, not an afterthought. Very disappointed.     Very friendly staff and helpful. Purchased a new computer that they did not have in stock at Wesley chapel store but made it extremely easy for us to go to citrus Park and pick it up, reserved for us.

During my purchase, my bank requested a phone confirmation, which was impossible due to the damaged phone. Ezzy proactively contacted my bank on my behalf, providing the necessary information to verify my identity and complete the transaction. She is a highly effective consultant, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance with purchases, as she is capable of addressing any concerns or questions.

    I have purchased many things from this best buy, including $5,000 tvs, laptops etc. I will never ever again shop at this or any best buy again. I got the protection plan for a year and then I cancelled it!! Best buy continues to try and charge me $195 for a renewal after I had cancelled it therefore making me have to cancel my debit card and go through that headache. Best buy is very shady and crooks. They are making unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account. I encourage everyone to stay away from any "deals" that best buy offer's. Do not let them have access to your banking info. They will rob you every chance they can. Best buy is a joke.
