- KOKalyn OssanderFeb 24, 20265.0Yesterday when I got home from work my phone just went black. It was charged & working all day & I tried everything for hours straight to get it to turn back on. About 10 people including myself tried between last night & all day today. I had made an appt for today and the second I walk in - Marilyn greets me, checks me in. I explain what happened, and within maybe 3 seconds she had it back on & I’m typing in my pw before I know it. She is amazing. Idk how she was able to do it when 10 other ppl couldn’t but it was super impressive. She was very nice & then pointed to the back and then I met Eric! Eric did the diagnostics test on my phone, walked me thru the whole process, explained everything (dumbed it down for me so I would understand haha) and he was just super personable, knowledgeable and kind. Never been to this mall so because of how smooth they both made this process, it calmed my anxiety significantly. They both deserve a fat raise!! Thank you guys so much for fixing my phone!

Meanwhile, Android allows deep system integration with Windows, proving the limitation is not technical, it is Apple’s closed platform policy designed to keep users inside their ecosystem.
