    Store is amazing, they have this guy Stefan. He really helped me out chosing my first iphone, 17 max pro. Actually convinced me to switch from Samsung. He was super knowledgable and really swift eith everything. Truly a good employee for this store. Thanks!

    I was told to just order what I wanted from Apple.com and given a screen to do so. As I was standing there going through my order process a manager chastised the associate who had directed me to the website because she wasn’t helping enough people at the same time. She needed to move to the next more quickly. I then understood why she just sent me to the website because she had to get to the next person. There is no point in going to the store. It’s a zoo.

    Kay at the International Plaza is the best! She was handling 8 people at one time like it was nothing, and was so kind the entire time. I went in for a new phone and was out in less than an hour! Had the best experience because of her.

    Expected the process to be seemless. So when it comes to a multi-billion dollar company I thought picking up an order would be seemless. I ordered a phone online to pick up the next day for a 3:30 - 3:45 pick up window. It's 3:30 and no email was sent to me yet stating my order was ready. I talk to a rep and they go, you should be getting an email shortly with a QR code. It's 4:10 and no QR code shows up. Talked with Apple Support on the phone and they said the same thing... Shortly it will come. What is shortly? 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour? Support didn't want to provide an answer. An hour past the pickup window now. Thankfully a helpful lady with a tablet came up to me (maybe saw my frustration) and helped me, saw my order in the system and noticed that the phone is fact ready for pick up. So it picked it up within the next 5 minutes. If it wasn't for this lady this review would be a 1 star.

    The most recent iPhone update has destroyed my phone. Not only am I unable to properly view and send messages, the photo options have changed significantly, which are tragic. Why Apple continues to confuse users with useless Is beyond me. The growing concern and frustration is prompting me to get out of And go with Google. The lack of help from Apple is deplorable. My entire phone malfunctions now leaving me unable to access important files and communicate thoroughly. Being unable to view messages that are being sent is unacceptable. Along with every other feature they have thought was critical to. Disgraceful for a technology company to consistently do these updates leaving users feeling confused, frustrated and defeated by the company and the phone. Allegedly to fix bugs only to create new ones. I'm not sure how Apple sleeps at night knowing they are a money, greedy company that cares nothing about their customers anymore and continues to push products that are faulty.
