  After having a Dyson cordless vacuum for almost 9 years it finally had issues last year so I splurged on the V15 detect. Less than a year following receipt I was experiencing issues. I spent over an hour on a chat troubleshooting and going around and around explaining the issue when they finally decided to send me a new wand. This takes an excessive amount of time so thankfully I had a backup Shark cordless vacuum, but when the wand arrives it is not the right one for the vacuum I have. No phone number to call, you can try to go round and round with a chat but who has time for that. A couple of vacuums later, hair dryers, etc and when there’s an issue it’s difficult to resolve. I spent over $600 for a vacuum I have been able to use for months. There are so many companies offering just as good quality it’s time to give them a try.

  brought vacuum in for warranty "repair". Stated it was fixed. went home, problem still exists. Called, was told I d get a call back in 30 mins. That was 2 days ago.

  I went to Dyson because my airwrap just stopped working randomly, and it was due to my own negligence from not cleaning the filter, which Brandon let me know. He cleaned it for me and told me how to clean it myself, and made sure it was good and working! Super sweet and so helpful!

  Professional, fast, clean store and very friendly service! I drove quite a ways to bring in my vacuum and so happy I did:). Well worth the drive and will continue to service my machines here! Thank you Jeff!

  I am extremely disappointed with Dyson’s customer support. We have been loyal Dyson customers for many years, but this experience has changed that. Our vacuum recently failed, and I immediately purchased a replacement. Afterward, I contacted Dyson to inquire about a possible credit or compensation toward the new purchase in light of the circumstances. Unfortunately, my request was denied solely because the replacement was purchased during a sale. This response was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer care I expected from a brand we have supported for years. As a result, we will not be purchasing Dyson products moving forward and will be exploring alternatives from competitors. It’s unfortunate to see loyal customers treated this way, and I hope Dyson reevaluates its approach to customer retention. Update 1/13/26 - Dyson has reached out and is working with me to resolve the issue. I appreciate their willingness to listen and for taking steps to make things right.
