Placed a pickup order walked in 3 employees standing at the front just chatting greeting people proceeded to walk to pick heard one worker go on his mic and day pickup for online orders waited for a while for no one to show up just to have one of the guys come over after minutes and go oh are you here for a pick up lol bo I just standing here for my health...then he goes o there should be someone here but I can help you..literally at the end of our transaction then the guy comes around the corner looking lazy as hell and the guy taking me says to slow man...idk what kinda operation their running but it is not a tight ship there I tell you that much and want even busywas literally 730
I purchased a TV wall mount from Best Buy on Dale Mabry based on the recommendation of the store manager, who assured me it was the best option for my specific TV. Unfortunately, after taking it home, I found that the mount did not fit properly—it was too large and bulky for my setup.
When I returned to the store to exchange it, I was surprised to learn about the 15-day exchange policy, which I honestly was not aware of, and I was only 4 days past the deadline. Despite the fact that the incorrect mount was recommended by the store manager, I was told there was nothing that could be done, leaving me out $150.
I have to say I am very disappointed with both the in-store and online customer service experience. I expected a much more customer-oriented approach, especially considering the issue resulted from following the store manager’s recommendation.
I believe there should be some flexibility in situations like this, where the customer relied on the expertise of your staff. I would appreciate your reconsideration of this matter and hope we can find a fair resolution.

I wouldn’t come back to this store for a demonstration of any product. I came for a demo about Meta Ray-ban and I received zero attention even when I had an appointment. The person didn’t care about my concerns or questions and the few answers he provided to me were very limited. It’s a $800 product which the minimum that I deserve as a customer is someone who can assist me before obtaining it

WORST EXPERIENCE. I scheduled an appointment to fix my fridge that is under warranty. Confirmed the address multiple times. The appointment was scheduled a week away, so already not great. I followed up a few days later to let them know the address on the appointment was still incorrect. Instead of just changing the address, they said they would have to put in a brand new order. This would push out my appointment a week further. I was told the “Escalation Team” would be in touch to schedule an appointment sooner. As of this time, no one has reached out, my fridge is no longer working, and we have had to throw out everything in our fridge. Including the food for our 3 year old daughter. All that to say our appointment is still a week away. Truly unacceptable.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with Cam at the Meta stand inside Best Buy. We drove over 45 minutes from Clearwater specifically for an appointment, only to be treated with complete disinterest and attitude from the moment we arrived.
When we approached him, he was glued to his phone, barely acknowledged us, and immediately told us they didn’t have my size—without asking a single question or even letting me try anything. When I asked about trying a smaller size, he flat-out refused to sell it to me, saying it wasn’t recommended, as if my preference as the paying customer didn’t matter.
We were ready to purchase TWO units—over a $1,700 sale—and he couldn’t have cared less. He continued playing on his phone, said he’d get someone else, walked away, and came back with the same dismissive attitude.
This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and a total waste of time.
Buyer beware—if you’re expecting knowledgeable or even basic respectful service, you won’t find it with Cam here.
