  Nice Best Buy. Clean and the young man that helped us locate the item we were looking for was very knowledgeable and helpful. From out of town and this seemed to be a nice location and was well lit and safe.

  Went to purchase a laptop. They customer service is top tier. I gave them the specs and they had something mg better that was a great price. They made it easy. Originally I was going to purchase from Amazon but the sellers are third party and I would have purchased the wrong thing. I am very happy with my Best Buy purchase.

  Jacqueline Ferreiras is the absolute best sales person I’ve ever bought anything from. She is informative, knowledgeable, a great trainer to new employee” Yuri”. Both Jacqueline and Yuri deserve Great job or even better yet or raise. They made my boyfriend and I’s experience with purchasing a PC smooth as ever. I can’t believe how great that went. They are an asset to you Best Buy. Take care of them. Thank you again!!

  Went in saw a Samsung that I had been thinking about in BJs and Costco that I would have had to carry home myself. Best Buy had it free shipping and it cost $50 less. Only thing is it's Friday and I have to wait until Monday. Bit I can live with that.

  Geek Squad— 1/5 really disappointed and frustrated with Geek Squad. I purchased a washing machine 5 years ago without any added warranties. It wasn’t working so we had Geek Squad come out. They charged $140 just to diagnose that must be paid in advance before even being able to schedule an appointment. The service tech diagnosed the issue and quoted us over an additional $600+ for the cost of parts and labor for repair. it ended up being a simple fix that a family member was able to do in 30 mins with purchasing parts for $30. I get that labor is expensive these days but I would say maximum $200 in labor costs for one hour. 600+ dollars is totally outrageous. This is Best Buy Just trying to sell with the intention of getting you to buy new product from the store. Very disappointed and lost trust in them. BEWARE!
