He was so patient and accommodating. Not only did I get an upgrade, but was able to save a lot of money monthly. He also helped uncover a charge I had been paying for more than a decade that I was unaware of and it was for a service I never used. Again, so helpful and so customer oriented! If you visit the Tamarac Verizon store make sure you ask for Joe!
