Our interactions with the customer service person who appears to be surly have not been pleasant. The vibe at the store has changed significantly over the years in a poorer direction. I attempted to call the store and talk with a store manager and one of your associates stated that the managers no longer will come to the phone to discuss concerns and that we would have to return to the store to have a discussion. The associate we got on the phone also seemed somewhat rude when we asked to speak with a store manager. Very poor form!

Misleading and lies. Was told my product will deliver on 12/05/25 that I placed on 12/01/25, which I have the receipt for confirming. Called in customer service won’t deliver until 12/15/25. Took away my opportunity to shop elsewhere under false pretense. Thanks Best Buy!
