- JVJavier VillavicencioNov 5, 20251.0DONT EVER EVER get any geek squad services!! Worst customer service ever! I bought a samsung kitchen oven from them last year and that thing is the second time its up for repair, but this time its catching up on fire. I was luckily home when it started smoking in front of us and i had to unplug it. Best buy is not doing anything to replace a faulty unit that is a fire hazard for my home. All they say is they have to fix it first. What if it still not fixed and this time im not home to unplug it and my home catches fire??? You go to the store they dont want to hep and just say call this number, the technician goes and takes a look and the oven catches on fire right in front of him and still says they need to repair it first. You call home services and no one can escalate the call and try to help. This is the worst customer service from any company on a machine that is a fire hazard. Please buy your appliances from somewhere else where they value the safety of their customers!
