    Highly disappointed, my mother came into the store about 3 weeks ago and she bought some AirPods Pro 3. To gift them to me for Christmas. She gets home and wraps the AirPods. Well come Christmas I open them and what I see is that someone carefully cut the seal open of the AirPods to make them almost unnoticeable than when I unwrapped the gift and opened the AirPods because the seal was already cut open the AirPods were used, old gen 1 AirPod pros. Still connected to someone named Glenda. My mother is an older lady, I usually buy all of the electronics for her she was so excited to give me that gift. This is scary if they can get away with this. What else can they get away with. : To the owner, I’ve clicked on the link to Facebook, message said it couldn’t be sent. And I also clicked on the link to instagram and the link took me nowhere. I don’t have twitter and I’m not making one either. If you have a more personal way to contact you I will.

    One of the worst pickup experiences I’ve ever had. We came in on December 19th around 8 PM to pick up a MacBook Pro that had already been ordered and paid for, only to find out the pickup staff had mistakenly given the order to someone else. Instead of fixing the problem, the staff seemed completely unprepared and disorganized. We were told the only option was to cancel the order and place a new one. At one point, an employee suggested we could take an already-opened laptop as a workaround, then later reversed that decision and said it wasn’t allowed. No one could give a clear answer, and every step felt like backtracking. We ended up waiting over an hour while watching multiple other customers deal with similar pickup issues. It was obvious that this wasn’t a one-off mistake but a systemic problem with how pickups are handled. When we asked for a manager, we were left standing around for more than 30 minutes without any follow-up. Eventually, we left because nothing was being resolved. In the end, we were told there was “nothing that could be done,” despite the issue being entirely caused by the store. No accountability, no urgency, and no respect for customers’ time. I would not trust this location with high-value pickup orders and would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order for a MacBook Pro and went to the store to pick it up, only to be told that my order had been accidentally given to another customer. This happened during pickup on December 19th around 8:00 PM, and the pickup staff working at that time handled the situation extremely poorly. Because of their mistake, they said the only option was to cancel my order and force me to reorder. At first, one of the pickup employees told me I could take the MacBook that was already opened as a solution, but later they changed their mind and said no, offering no explanation and taking no responsibility. We waited in the store for over an hour, along with several other customers who were experiencing the exact same problem. Multiple people were dealing with lost or incorrectly released pickup orders, which shows this was not an isolated incident but a complete breakdown in their pickup process. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were left waiting for more than 30 minutes with no updates, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Eventually, we left because nothing was happening. In the end, the pickup staff told us there was “nothing they could do,” even though this entire situation was caused by their own error. No compensation, no solution, and no accountability. This was an extremely frustrating waste of time. If you plan on ordering anything expensive for pickup, especially during busy hours, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

    There is always only one person working the register and like 2-6 people standing around at the entrance! I currently count 11 people in line and at least two employees elsewhere not doing anything. (And yes, I know not all of the people working the other stations are Best Buy employees).

    PÉSIMO LUGAR PARA COMPRAR, no me tomo el tiempo para dar reseñas a menos que tenga que decir algo para que mejoren. Todos los empleados paseando en cámara lenta. Nadie te puede atender. Su lista de espera de más de 1 hora estando la tienda vacía. De verdad es una falta de respeto por que no vengo a pedir regalado, vengo a comprar y uno tiene que esperar innecesariamente tanto.. es muy difícil comprar aquí.. por que ningún empleado puede ni tiene tiempo cuando se están conversando y riendo entre ellos
