Samuel, my sales rep was very helpful and professional whenever I had questions. He took his time to explain my options and made the process easy. Walked in having an issue with my phone as well as with the insurance company and was fully expecting to buy a new phone, one of the Managers (Michael) took his time & helped me solve the issue with the insurance. He even stepped outside and walked me through the process and phone call to make sure everything was squared away. He also searched the entire store to find a case for my phone, despite it being an older model. That man went well passed above & beyond my expectations. Definitely better than my last Verizon experience in Tamarac.
