I can only receive calls or make FaceTime audio calls . I have the $55 unlimited plan . I have tried everything to fix the phone and making calls on my end . I am pretty tech savvy . Finally I left work early To go to cricket this location . Walked in the lady was with someone they were speaking Spanish eating food together . She said hey just give me 5 mins I said no problem . She was here first so understand and waited patiently after 46 mins . I asked how long would it be . She said oh the WIFI is down . She is lying she was just socializing . I said you don’t need WiFi to look at the phone . It can’t make calls she looked at the phone for 30seconds clicked primary calls and said yes it’s working now . I made a test call and it was not . So I sat and kept waiting she said try another store I said can you call first to let them know I been waiting so long and if they can help me . She was like they are closed already . Then she said try call 611. I asked how ???? If I can’t make any calls then she let me use the store phone I tried calling waited on hold another 30 mins the guy couldn’t fix it I’m sure it’s a easy fix . She was still with the other customer . Customer service didn’t fix my phone he said turn it off for 20 mins
