    Two stars only because the order was ready quickly. Absolutely zero customer service. Went to pick up the phone with my daughter Man standing up front tells me to give him my phone number so he could check me in (no hi how are you) then tells me to wait. He doesn’t ask me what I need or say anything else…., So I took it upon myself to explain I’m just picking up an order. Someone brought the bag out to me without a word (not even thank you or have a nice day). When we get home, I tried to help my daughter set up the phone, but can’t because they never marked the order Complete…. So I had to call customer service to confirm I picked up the phone. This was a much more difficult process that could’ve been much smoother if the store employees Said more than one word to the customers. First and last visit to that location.

    Assistance Manage was rude and does not know customers service or how to speak with people. Right off the get go he was obnoxious. We went in to pick up a phone for our father who is elderly and his order was canceled two hours after it was dropped off. When we asked why it was cancelled he did not know why the order was canceled and didn't seem to want to find out why he just wanted to make a sale at his store, so he wanted us to do the transaction over all again. When he was trying to explain what he was trying to explain he was rude and said my husband was not listening which he was but the manager explained it to me and still the information he was giving me did not make sense. Then some other person came up to up to us and said if you are going to be rude we will not serve you and I asked who he was he said I am a manager who are you rude again. This kind of treatment is not ok. I have worked in the service industry a long time and have never been treated so rudely. I am seriously considering changing my service all together. This is not ok and these people need to held accountable for their actions. I will NEVER return to this store and will be telling other people how rude the customer service is at this store. Would post zero stars if I could.

    Pat was an outstanding representative. I’ve been a Verizon customer over 7yrs. On multiple occasions he’s been able to assist weather he was directly involved in the sale or referring me to the nearest store to resolve an issue. To contact another store and set up a meeting and follow up afterwards is true customer service experience that everyone can appreciate. Verizon isn’t perfect but thank you to Pat for amazing customer service.
