- TMT MarvelJun 21, 20251.0I wish I could give this place less than one star. What a waste of time. They do not honor their appointment so setting an appointment is useless. You will receive different results based on who you encounter in the line. I give the customer service a -5. Oscar the so-called manager didn’t even take the time to review my case. He just freestyles some nonsense about how they don’t have any clue until they run the test, but the test was run three times. My money was taking under the impression I was getting a new phone. I found out that I will not be getting a new phone for sometime.

I brought my CyberPowerPC in to get it diagnosed because it was randomly crashing, I was told it would take two weeks to diagnose without an explanation on why it would take so long but I was going on vacation so figured it would be done when I got back. 6 days after I was told it would be done I go to get a refund and my PC back, suddenly when I asked for a refund it was done and I was told that my motherboard was faulty and I took their word for it but was a little annoyed that I couldn’t get my refund and that it took so long. I had work the next day so I didn’t try to run my computer but when I got home I checked it out. The entire backside was reinstalled wrong and all the ports were loose, exposed screws that are not screwed into anything and could barely plug anything in without wiggling it around. Won’t recognize any input devices and wouldn’t even charge my phone when connected. Thank you geek squad for breaking my computer more and wasting my time and money. I will never go to or recommend geek squad ever again.
