  I am giving this store this review only because of the employee that was working when I went in there.. every time I go in there for the past 4 years that I have been a customer I have never had any issues the manager is very nice. But for the specific day that I went in the employee which I assume was the employee was laying on the table with a hooded jacket on and popped up like he was asleep and we scared him. First thing he said is what are you in for today to me that is very rude and unacceptable. Usually I tried to go in when the manager is there but it was a different day than I usually come she helps me to get all of the stuff out of my phone that does not belong and helps me in any way I really hated to give this review but don't let this discourage anyone if you go into that store that manager is very nice and willing to help I will not be coming back to the store if that employee is still there I will wait for the manager. He was very unprofessional and I swore he was asleep on the table so I just acted like I was looking and I will be waiting for the manager

  The manager at this location was very helpful She answered all my questions was very nice the employee was really rude would not listen to what I had to say so the next day I came in and spoke with manager she helped with my situation even though I do not speak good english.she took time to try to understand and solved my problem.She needs to be recognized for her politeness with customers and professional way of dealing with people Thank you for all your help to resolve the employees attitude
