Gina is the lone bright spot. She is professional and courteous, yet is limited by incompetence in the store and poor Verizon support. If you have any other option, I recommend you explore it thoroughly before trying these guys.

Three DAYS later, after spending 6 HOURS on Verizon chats, and 3 HOURS at a different store, the service was finally on. I have never experienced such unprofessional, horrible service anywhere before. PLUS I was subjected to comments like, "Look at you! You signed on all by yourself." I guess because I'm over 60. Disgraceful. DON'T GO THERE.

This store said that "corporate doesn't know what they're talking about" and claimed there was no way they could help us get the new phone activated and the data transferred, even for a $30 fee. They suggested we go to a random store nearby that fixes broken phones. We left and called the Tyrone store (which is a corporate store, not a franchise like the ones on fourth street) and they were able to not only quickly finish the activation -- they did it remotely without us needing to drive back to the store. It took two minutes. Very frustrated by the employees at this store insisting that there was nothing we could do to activate the new phone.
