Now I’ve paid that and still also have to pay a $45 set up fee. I’ve been with Verizon for 10 years. This recent transaction left a bad taste in my mouth - I started talking to competitors and am considering switching for lower fees and more transparency.

He did a fantastic job and had immense patience with us. He helped us sort through many options and answered our many questions We were also helped by Austin. He also was great! Buying several new phones is a long process. We were fortunate to have Tay and Austin available late on a Saturday.

If you’re going to this Verizon store, ask for Savanah. Sue genuinely knows her stuff and actually cares about helping. Pizza party asap for her and the whole crew. Thanks again
