They made multiple trips to another Verizon store and had no luck getting things repaired. They went in today and met with Arnell. He helped clear the bad apps and change the settings to get things right again on the phone. He helped us call into customer service to get several settings fixed and help us sort through multiple other administrative issues that we had with the phone. He was kind and patient and incredibly helpful to handle all of our requests. We are extremely grateful for his support!
