The current manager, Austyn, went above and beyond to help both my daughter and me update our iPhones, making certain we received the best deals available. She patiently explained the differences between the current phone options in layman’s terms and made sure we bought phones with the capabilities we needed. I highly recommend Russell Cellular for anyone who wants to update their phones and I want to give a special shoutout to Austyn for her excellent service!
