I was trying to get a new phone and she went in and got it all taken care of and I’m getting my new phone today and I’m very excited. I just wanted to personally thank her thank you and let you guys know what a good job she did.

We were welcomed at the door by Eric and were immediately given his full attention as we explained our intention to update my phone. He thoroughly reviewed our account and suggested ways we could save on our monthly bill while also getting a new phone for each of us. Eric was patient with our many questions and was able to clearly instruct us on how to use the phone’s features and wipe all data from our old phones. Another agent show me how to hook my phone up to car play - cheerful helpful service all around. It’s the best service I have ever received at a Verizon store.
