That turned out to be the best advice I could have received. When I arrived at the retailer, I was greeted by a well-dressed, professional young man named Kareem. From the moment he took my phone, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Within moments, he had accessed the phone and resolved the issue — something the previous location couldn’t do. I don’t know exactly what Kareem did behind the scenes, but I do know that my phone was working again, and I was incredibly relieved. If you need a new phone or just some help resetting your phone or whatever the case may be , let Kareem be your go-to rep. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient — everything you hope for in customer service. Thank you, Kareem!
