  So I went into the store on commercial Way I needed help with my phone my phone was having problems the manager was not helpful he was belittling me he was rude he told me to grow up he told me I was a child I am 65-year-old man with Parkinson with my phone then I want to go somewhere else and he held my phone because he did not want me to go anywhere else eventually resolved the problem on my phone but I had to go through all this to fix my phone not worth it there is no customer hospitality there I would not recommend the store to anybody

  MARTHA IS MY FAVORITE!! 😍😍 Came in and walked out with a new phone today! Martha is super friendly and the process was so easy! I highly recommend to anyone! Best cricket in Spring Hill!

  Chris Coulter is just the nicest guy when you're buying a phone but oh boy, when you need help to change the phone Chris Coulter just becomes UNHELPFUL. It never came out of his mouth that I was buying a pre owned phone (first of all) AND (second) that there's a 7 day timeframe to change your mind about the phone. This is actually fraudulent and now I have no recourse and am stuck with a crappy phone that was already turned back in for a reason. I'm losing $120. I'm telling you DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING. YOU WILL BE SORRY
