  Was at Geek Squad. Austin was excellent at moving people especially when a very rude man just walked up and was surprised he had to wait his turn. Then he complained about his water bill(?) and continued to ask Austin ridiculous questions about the issue with his laptop. Austin explained it would have to left to analyze problem. Customer continued to explain his problem but Austin remained composed and professional.

  Manager and the little girl at the door on Friday April 10, 2026 at 2:45 PM lack wildly in the customer service department. From having smart comments and laughing as soon as I walk in the store because I couldn't find the shopping carts. Classy. The rest of my interactions with the staff were outstanding and professional!

  Corporate greed at its finest. I went to this Best Buy on Saturday to purchase a computer. I picked out the one I wanted which was on sale for $759. I asked the sales guy if the sale would still be active tomorrow (Sunday) because I wanted my daughter to come see it first. But it was Easter so I wanted to make sure they were open. He said YES! We drive back (30 min away) on Sunday to find they were closed!! Now the sale is over so it’s full price ($899). I tried to call the store directly but was told by the online customer care that the manager does not answer direct calls at this location. So I was hoping if I drive back in person and explained the situation they would be understanding and sell it to me at the sale price since their employee misinformed me. And of course they would NOT honor the sale price and told me to wait for the next sale! I need the computer now since mine no longer works. I’ve been a long-term customer of this Best Buy and will never return. I’m understanding of policies but when YOUR employee misinforms me, exceptions can and should be made. Do better Best Buy! I will take my hard earned money elsewhere! No response needed as the damage is already done and your words are meaningless. You had a chance to make things right while I was standing there in your store waiting. You lost a long-term customer over $140. Well done!
