  Drove up at 2pm and the male employee was walking into the store with food. He locked the door behind him. I waited 40 minutes and then left. Horrible way to run a business.

  Not impressed. Called the location twice the next day after my expensive upgrade and no call back was received. You don’t get a 2nd chance to make a good first impression. I’m sorry I upgraded. Buyers remorse. I should’ve just purchased a new battery for my existing phone. I would’ve saved a lot of money and not tied myself into another 3 year contract.

  We have been going to Russell Cellular Verizon store in the Seminole Town Center for about 8 or 9 years now. I generally hate buying new phones because it can take a long time, but every time we have gone here the service is prompt and friendly and we are able to complete everything in a reasonable amount of time. The employees are knowledgeable and always do everything to help us. They have even helped us save money and lower our bills. I highly recommend using Verizon Russell Cellular.
